Some Basic Information about Pandana Custom Orders
o Minimum Order Quantity is 100 pieces
o There are no setup or design fees
o Design layouts take 2-3 days
o Production Lead-Time is currently 3-4 weeks (after art approval & deposit payment)
o We need your logos in vector format (.ai or .eps files) or high resolution .jpg or .png files to produce quality graphics
o Pandanas are made from Lightweight, Breathable Microfiber with High Resolution Digitally Sublimated Graphics.

Size Options
o Standard Size: Flat tube width of about 25cm to 26cm. This fits most adults
o Youth Size: Flat tube width of about 22cm to 23cm. This is a better choice for kids under the age of 10 and some smaller adults.
Length Options (Standard or 750 with Sewn Hem)
Standard Lengtho 25cm flat tube width x 50cm length
o Our Standard Full Length model offers the most versatility and functionality and can be worn in many different ways
o It can be folded over (double thickness fabric) over your mouth and nose for extra protection
o Useful all year round, it works great as a Sun Protection Gaiter, Tubular Bandana, Helmet Liner, Face Shield, Beanie, or Balaclava
o This model comes standard with a non-sewn hem for maximum versatility, but a sewn hem can be added for a small up-charge
o 25cm tube width x 35cm length.
o This model is an excellent choice in warmer weather as a Dust Shield, Sun Protection Gaiter, or Cooling Wrap.
o It offers most of the functionality of our Standard Pandana with a little less bulk and comes with a fully sewn hem top and bottom.
Logo Layout Options
o Please send your vector logo (.ai or .eps file) or high resolution .jpg file to mail(at)pandanausa(dot)com
o Please note that we can't print from small or low resolution .jpg file.
o Art layout time is 2 to 3 days
Background Color Options
o The logos and background color are all printed at once on a white blank, so you can specify any background color you prefer.
o We can match Pantone colors
o We can't accurately match screen colors from photos or other digital artwork
o These are just a few options:
Order Quantity
o Our minimum order is 100 pieces per design.
o Quantities should be in multiples of 5 pieces (that is, we won't make 243 Pandanas, but we will make 245 Pandanas).
o There are price breaks for higher quantities. We can process orders of many tens of thousands.
o If you order more than one design, the quantities (minimum of 100 pieces per design), combine for the quantity price break.
Custom Order Details
o After we receive your deposit, logos, order quantity, preferred logo layout, and background color, we'll design your art layout and send you a digital order confirmation with the artwork and order details for your final approval
o Once you approve the order confirmation, your order will be placed into the production queue
o Please note that we can't adjust colors or resolution in non-vector files (.jpg, .png, etc.), and they must be printed "as is"
o When your finished order is ready to ship to you, we'll send a link so you can process your final payment
o Once we've received your final payment, we ship your order with FedEx Ground, UPS, or US Postal Service and send you a tracking number. We do not offer local pick up service

The Fine Print
Pandana USA is an American Company. Our Pandanas are designed in Boulder, Colorado and proudly made overseas by our fully vetted world-class manufacturing partners. Since we cannot control global delivery services (i.e. FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.), we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery dates, but we can expedite production to meet your needs. There are no refunds for custom orders
If you do not pay for your order within 30 days after we invoice you for the final balance, we will donate your custom Pandanas to a reputable charity and you will forfeit your initial deposit payment.
